I was going to call this “Terms and Conditions” as we are so accustomed to seeing, but figured “Policy” sounded more official.  Plus T&C makes me think of “S&P” which either means “Standard & Poor” or “Standards & Practices”, two things I am not a big fan of.  So:

If you ever give me your email or personal info for any reason, I ain’t gonna sell it.  Unless someone offers a giant mine cart full of rubies and iridium and magnetic monopoles, hand delivered by the Pope, a bear in a frilly tutu, Ambrose Bierce, and all Seven Dwarves.  But i hardly see that happening anytime soon.

This site is licensed under a Creative Commons License, permitting non-commercial sharing with attribution.  From time to time there might be things that crop up with other licenses, like GNU or maybe ACTUAL old-skool copyright.  I’ll let ya know.

Any links to products or downloads or anything like that may have affiliate links involved, for the sole purpose of making me a very, very rich man, a nickel at a time.  At this rate by the time the sun goes red giant, i will have $2.25 in the bank.  Generally you won’t see these as I’m too lazy, but if you do, they will only be links to stuff I actually like. And if there’s ever a link to the iTunes store (which there is) it will ONLY be for things that can ONLY be bought there.  I don’t like DRM, and so any music / ebook / etc links will be to non-DRM sources only.

This site is dedicated to the memory of Donna Maree Wanland, one of the finest educators, theologians, and human beings who ever lived.  She was my friend and I miss her.
